9/6/25 Unit 2 pt 3 final
The main thing I feel I learned or accomplished in this unit is a better understanding why college is important. I feel like coming into college many people think that it's solely academics but from the data that we collected we were able to learn that that's not the case. A lot of people chose their college based on the social aspects and what it has to offer in terms of clubs, friends, sports internships etc. Analyzing survey data and/or visual representation is similar to analyzing a written text because both of these involve needing to analyze what the main idea is in order to understand said data. I would say it's different because one most likely would involve pictures whereas the other is more of the analysis of graphs or statistics. I used to struggle with trying to figure out what the main idea is when analyzing data. This unit gave me the opportunity to use something I struggled with and work to be better at it.
